Client Testimonials
I started working with Collin in June of 2023. My goals were to slim down and have a better relationship with food. I ended up losing 20lbs, gained more confidence, and feel so much better in my skin! What I liked most about working with Collin, was that he gave me a structured meal plan tailored to my needs and schedule. It was easy to follow and gave me the flexibility I needed in my day-to-day busy life. I used to find weighing food burdensome, but with his diet plan, I was able to be more intuitive with my eating, focus on portion control, and actually find weighing food enjoyable. He helped me incorporate some type of activity into my daily routine, whether it was one of my favorite workouts or 10,000 steps/day and I’ve never felt more energy.
I highly recommend working with Popp Nutrition. Collin was patient with me, helped me achieve my goals, and gave me the practical tools I need to maintain my new body weight.

Prior to working with Collin, my goal was simple – I wanted my suits to fit. It’s a joking mantra with a much deeper meaning. In college, I lost 40lbs while rowing in order to be a top performer for my program and go up against the country’s best rowers. While adjusting to the world of Private Equity I felt like I was slipping. I was gaining weight without knowing it and starting to lose my foundation based on my physical appearance. This was my way of getting back to basics and becoming happy in my body again. Additionally, I wanted to learn to look at food differently, I no longer have 3-4hrs to workout so I need to think smarter not harder. Also, it helped that all my clothes started to fit well again along the way.
Working with Collin was a pleasure, he helped me achieve every goal I had going into this. Collin and his team care, and their actions only further affirm this. The team provides true one-to-one training, not an off-the-shelf template. They are available for questions during the ramp-up phase and then when you feel like you have your feet under you, they help you take the training wheels off so you can excel.
I lost 19lbs while studying for career designation exams and in the depths of wedding chaos. My XL golf polos are now swimming on me and clothes I haven’t worn since college or right after now fit well again.

I was ultimately looking for someone to hold me accountable so that I could lose a little weight and get stronger. Before starting with Popp Nutrition my diet wasn't terrible, but I didn't know what I was doing. I ate a lot of carbs and sugar, and I stress snacked in the evenings while I did my law school assignments. I also drank socially pretty regularly.
I started Popp Nutrition right before I started studying for the bar exam, and the program kept me sane: my nutrition plan gave me structure, the diet kept me energized, and my meetings with Collin kept me accountable. I lost 10 pounds and 2% body fat. More importantly, I began to focus less on appearance and more on how I felt physically. I didn't think I needed a diet program because I thought I already knew how to eat healthy - I was just looking for someone to hold me accountable. But I realized that there was a lot I didn't know about food, and the program gave me insight into my habits like how I cope with stress. You'll get out of it what you put in, and Collin is always there to help you along the way.

I’ve been a fitness weirdo all my adult life. And I picked up a lot of things about nutrition over the years. So I sort of thought I knew what I was doing. But signing up with Popp Nutrition changed everything. Collin geared my macros to my goals and even the timing of my workouts. And, oh my. The results. I lost a significant amount of body fat. (More than I’ll admit here. Ask Collin offline and he’ll tell you.) And my lean muscle mass has ticked up. And I feel freaking great. My system is just happier. And, frankly, it was easy. I just did what he told me to do. I was nearly never even hungry.
But the two most important things? My strict muscle up 1RM [rep maximum] is the highest it’s ever been. And, at 54, I no longer have any qualms about ripping my shirt off during the workout, which makes me feel oddly normal around these parts. And what’s a little vanity among friends?
